The quality and grip of the mat are as good as any standard yoga mat, but it is not suitable for outdoor use in the rain. The mat is not made of eco-materials. Customers find it durable, lightweight and perfect to travel with. A few users found it to be slippery, not suitable for beginners, and the pattern fades away where it is used most. Overall, it has good value for money and is highly portable.
