    répondre: Yes it does have a reverse setting. Good all round machine, not complicated to use.

    répondre: No, it doesn't. Hope that helps. On YouTube Singer have done a video tutorial of this machine and all its functions.

    répondre: Not sure, haven't tried that, but I can't think why not.

    répondre: Yes, it does. If you press lightly on it, it goes slow; and if you press down on the pedal, it will go faster. but remember, this is a beginner machine, not a heavy-duty one. So even the fast speed is slow comparing to a fast heavy-duty sewing machine.

    répondre: I had no such problem with mine. I suggest testing it on scrap fabric and making sure that the needle and bobbin etc are clean with no dust. If it continues to stain the fabric contact the manufacturer.
