    répondre: Yes, it can be cut to limitless shapes and sizes.

    répondre: Absolutely, it is lightweight and shatterproof, making it a safe option.

    répondre: We recommend using Evo-Stik acrylic mirror adhesive to avoid surface damage.
  • question: Can this be laser cut?

    répondre: The only main issue with laser cutting is the heat which might deform the edges and distort the mirror. We would tend to use a flatbed router cnc machine to cut this with a clearcut router bit that gives a polished look. Edge finish isn't usually an issue as edges are usually covered.
  • question: If I use this in a large size and place a small monitor behind at full brightness in a dark room, would I basically see the TV area through the mirror?

    répondre: Yes, you will be able to see the display behind the mirror even in daylight, but it is better in the dark.
  • question: Does it matter which way round you install this mirror?

    répondre: Yes, one side is coated and is normally on the inside to protect it. The coated side has a protective film that is barely hanging on, while the other side is just clear acrylic. Use the side with the protective film as the face to protect the product.
  • question: If I put it in front of a touch monitor, will the touch on the monitor work?

    répondre: No, the touch screen capabilities will not work when the mirror is placed in front of a touch monitor.
  • question: Is this product suitable for use in an external environment, e.g. the garden?

    répondre: The mirror's silvering is on both sides of the Perspex, so it would be exposed to the elements and most likely be damaged by weather and moisture.
  • question: Does this material work to make a TV mirror when it is turned off?

    répondre: Yes, it can be used for a TV mirror when it is turned off, but it will not be as bright and clear as a glass product specifically designed for that purpose.
  • question: Can I use this on an inside bathroom opening so no one can see in?

    répondre: If there is stronger light on the other side, it is possible to see through. If the bathroom has a lot of light, it is not recommended. If it is darker than the rest, it should be okay.
  • question: Would this work in a bird watching shed so that the birds can't see you and won't get frightened away?

    répondre: It may work for that purpose, but it is recommended to purchase a small sample first to ensure suitability.
