Each Flying Bird handle is connected with 1 Wirerope (1 carabiner hook) and 1 pulley, the other end of the Wirerope connection to the weight plate glider. (With 1 carabiner hook) Then hang the pulley with a carabiner hook to the highest position of the power rack. You can hang it by connecting an inset red pin to a carabiner hook.
