Atlas flex track can connect to Bachmann track but Midland cork roadbed should be used to maintain the same height. Customer experience and reception seemed mixed with some people enjoying the product and others having issues. One customer found that the freight cars had trouble connecting and the train derailed easily, leading to frustration. Another customer bought it as a gift but found that it did not work.
