Simply connect the scanner to your vehicle's 16-pin OBDII DLC, and it will power on and guide you through the diagnostic process. One of the main features of the AD310 is its ability to detect engine system malfunctions and read and clear error codes. If your vehicle's check engine light is on, this scanner can read the error code and provide you with information on what the problem might be. This can save you both time and money by allowing you to fix the issue yourself or provide valuable information to a mechanic.
