Depending on the amount of water and brightness required, the dye should be added drop by drop. The product is EPA approved and certified for use in drinking water equipment. It can also be used in fake snow machines and foam machines, although it may stain white clothes. One user found that it could last up to two years. The product had mixed reviews with positive comments about how it added cool effects to Halloween decorations. Some users also found it useful for photography shoots and creative projects. However, there were some comments about the product not lasting long enough, with some people reporting that the effect disappeared after only one day. Some also found that it did not fluoresce under black light and was much paler than expected.
