Rust-Oleum 2104 Shieldz Wall Size Primer is a clear primer that allows easy adjustment of wallpapers. It does not act as an adhesive, but simply provides a base for wallpapers to adhere to. The primer is easy to remove, making wallpaper removal a breeze. The product has a coverage rating of 125-187 sq ft per quart. It cannot be applied on top of old wallpaper and the old wallpaper needs to be removed before applying. The primer can be applied directly to a freshly painted wall, but cannot be used to make a wall glossy.
