The majority of kids ages 2-6 seem to love the product since it works well and they can keep snacks in it. However, some parents experienced problems with their product. For instance, a few customers have noticed that the straws crack and do not stay in, which can be concerning. Additionally, some customers noticed that water began to leak from the bottom of the cup after a few months of usage, which could be related to low-quality or defective materials.
